I evaluated many companies for power washing services and concrete sealing but was concerned because review on all firms were very mixed.  I needed a small, concrete front porch soft washed and sealed, plus my brick/sandstone house power washed.  The jobs needed to be scheduled for two different dates. North Coast had superior reviews and worked with me to provide excellent bids for both phases.  Their employees were polite and profession.  Phase one, the porch, was completed as scheduled.  It looks great, cleaned and sealed ready for fall rain and winter snow. Phase two  the house soft wash is scheduled for the fall after the city completes paving the street. As an insurance Agent, a client recently purchased a new home and were having a hard time getting insurance. North Lake came out fast to offer a quote and then softwashed the roof in a hurry to remove the moss buildup on the shingles. I have known Nolan and Sheila at North Lake Pressure Washing for 3 years at this point. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional in the pressure washing business. Northlake pressure washed my driveway in Bay Village early this year, and my house at the same address more recently.  Great work, no upselling, and the communication with the office was perfect- i appreciated the reminder the day before they arrived. This company is local, not a franchise or owned by private equity.
