If anyone needs a power wash, Nolan Buchanan with North Lake Power Washing is outstanding! He is polite, courteous, and very professional. I quoted with Pristine and they wanted an obscene amount of money for 2 walls of my house, using the same method and materials. Nolan gave a fair quote that is reasonable and more affordable than larger name competitors. He sent me text messages to relay the confirmation date and time of arrival. He came out today on time with an additional employee in a marked truck, both wearing uniforms, and got to work right away. The work was meticulous and the whole process took about an hour and a half. If you want to support some outstanding young entrepreneurs in our community, I highly recommend North Lake for your pressure washing needs!

We have a relatively newer home and were having issues with the dryer working consistently well, so figured we would start with the dryer vent. Nolan came out to what we figured would be an easy job, but it took way longer than expected due to finding a fully packed dryer vent. They were extremely patient, kind, professional, and committed to taking care of the issue. They did a great job, and we would highly recommend their service.

We had the dryer vent cleaning service done. Nolan and his crew came in on time and ready to go. They got the job done quickly and thoroughly. Our laundry room is on the second floor and is not an easy run to clean but they did a great job. I would highly recommend them and plan on having them back to do the vents again and some of there other services.

They did a great job on our house and I’d highly recommend them! Our house has painted cedar siding and I was a little worried about the paint chipping off. Concrete can be vulnerable to weather, stains, and wear, but with proper sealing, you can prevent damage and extend its lifespan. So, how do you know when it’s time to seal your concrete?
- Visible Cracks or Damage: If you notice cracks or chips in your concrete, sealing can help prevent water and debris from getting into the cracks, which could lead to further damage.
