When will my services will be completed?
You will receive an automatic text confirmation when your service(s) have been scheduled for the year. You may request specific dates or months by contacting us.
Do I pay monthly or per job?
Care Plan customers will pay once the job is complete and Maintenance Plan customers pay monthly.
Can I cancel anytime without a fee?
Absolutely! We understand the concern with contracts and do allow cancellations at any time. If a cancellation is made closely after a service is performed, we will ask that the rest of the payment for the job is paid prior.
