Our Washing & Sanding Process
At North Lake Pressure Washing, we follow a detailed process to ensure long-lasting results with every polymeric sanding project. First, we power wash the patio to remove algae, moss, and any existing joint sand if needed. If the patio has no sand, we rinse and blow the surface clean. After allowing the joints to fully dry (usually 24 hours), we return to apply G2 polymeric sand—available in tan, grey, black, or white. The sand is broomed in, compacted, blown clean, and then activated with water. Our process ensures clean lines, added stability, and protection that lasts 8–10 years.

After the most recent swarm of midges, Nolan and his crew helped a close friend of mine get their house power washed and ready to go for a big party. The house looked stunning, but what really stood out was the service. My friends were in a time crunch, and Nolan was able to get them scheduled the same day. Nolan came out immediately to provide a quote and Troy did an excellent job on our gutters, paver patio and fireplace and driveway. In particular he did a great job cleaning the pavers without disturbing the grout. They were very professional and responsive. I would highly recommend them.

If anyone needs a power wash, Nolan Buchanan with North Lake Power Washing is outstanding! He is polite, courteous, and very professional. I quoted with Pristine and they wanted an obscene amount of money for 2 walls of my house, using the same method and materials. Nolan gave a fair quote that is reasonable and more affordable than larger name competitors. He sent me text messages to relay the confirmation date and time of arrival. He came out today on time with an additional employee in a marked truck, both wearing uniforms, and got to work right away. The work was meticulous and the whole process took about an hour and a half. If you want to support some outstanding young entrepreneurs in our community, I highly recommend North Lake for your pressure washing needs!

We have a relatively newer home and were having issues with the dryer working consistently well, so figured we would start with the dryer vent. Nolan came out to what we figured would be an easy job, but it took way longer than expected due to finding a fully packed dryer vent. They were extremely patient, kind, professional, and committed to taking care of the issue. They did a great job, and we would highly recommend their service.

We had the dryer vent cleaning service done. Nolan and his crew came in on time and ready to go. They got the job done quickly and thoroughly. Our laundry room is on the second floor and is not an easy run to clean but they did a great job. I would highly recommend them and plan on having them back to do the vents again and some of there other services.
