We are a local, experienced, family-operated business.

North Lake Pressure Washing was started in 2022 by Nolan Buchanan, an entrepreneur from an early age.  A resident of Bay Village since 2010, his outgoing nature and confident disposition are innate strengths that enable him reach out to and connect with people in his hometown and neighboring communities to provide value and personalized services that larger companies often can’t match.  We believe that the best education is a self-directed, hands-on learning experience and when needed, the North Lake Pressure Washing team assists with the daily, behind-the-scenes operation of the business.

Humble Beginnings and the Determination to Succeed

North Lake Pressure Washing was started by Nolan Buchanan at an early age, as a project for him to earn a real-world business education by starting and operating his own business. Armed with not much more than pure determination, a 10-year-old, used pressure-washer, and a $40 surface cleaner, he got to work offering concrete cleaning services for people in his community. His father, Scott, who holds a Masters of Science in Chemical engineering, accompanied him on his first 100 jobs, serving as a mentor to Nolan to help him learn his trade.

Scaling the Business in the First Year

In the first six months, our hard work paid off in the form of enough income to upgrade equipment, buy a brand-new truck, and expand services to include soft-washing, window washing, and dryer vent cleaning. We plan to further expand our business in 2023 to include commercial projects such as dumpster pad cleaning. In the short span of a year, North Lake has made a name for himself in Bay Village and neighboring communities for his professionalism and fair prices, which is evident by his many 5-star reviews on the North Lake Google Business and Facebook pages.
